1. What is the typical turnaround time for my case?

From sending out your cases to receiving it finally, the general guideline is about 12 days, including 4-5 days in our lab and each of two delivery times about 3-5 days. The turnaround time in our lab is up to the type of your case. The delivery time depends on the courier and your position.

2. Who pays for shipping?

If the value of your cases is less than $300, all freight costs need to be paid by you. When the value is more than $300 but less than $1300, the courier charge needs to be paid by you when from your place to our lab and by us when returning package to you. The value is more than $1300, we will bear all delivery fees.

3. Can I send test cases?

Of course! You are very popular to send us test cases, and I promise you will be satisfied with it. We encourage you trying!

4. When do I need to pay for the bill? 

For the first time, you need to pay for it when it is done in our lab and prepared to send back to you. For a long-term cooperation, we can receive cash on delivery or other ways.

5. How do you handle remakes?

This rarely happens but when it does, we will remake the case at no charge if the mistake was made in our lab and at a portion of fees if because of your problem. It depends! 

6. Which courier do you recommend?

UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS. All is OK. It depends on your special condition.
